Effective December 31, all compounded prescriptions previously prepared by Stark Prescription Shoppe will transition to Westmoreland Pharmacy in New Albany, Indiana.
This partnership strengthens the services available to you—whether you are a patient receiving individualized medications or a provider relying on high-quality, dependable compounding for your patients.
What This Transition Means for Patients & Providers
Westmoreland Pharmacy has served the region for more than 20 years and is known for its commitment to safety, quality, and personalized care. With a state-of-the-art compounding lab and a team of certified pharmacists and technicians, Westmoreland will continue delivering the precise, consistent preparations patients and providers depend on.
This transition is designed to be smooth, simple, and uninterrupted for everyone involved.
For Providers
- Beginning December 31, please send all new compounded prescriptions directly to Westmoreland Pharmacy.
- Our team will proactively contact your office for patient refills as they become due.
- We will work closely with your patients to ensure there are no gaps in therapy.
- Providers may also access product updates, compounded product catalog, order forms, and resources through our secure Provider Portal.
For Patients
- You do not need to contact your provider to continue your prescription. All necessary prescription information will be available to Westmoreland Pharmacy beginning December 31.
- If you have a refill coming due, you are welcome to call us directly. We are here to help make this transition seamless.
- Your pricing will remain the same as Stark Prescription Shoppe, and free ground shipping is available for convenient home delivery.
